General Information
I want us to enjoy working together to make your ideas into illustrations. Please never feel like you are giving me too much information or asking too many questions; it is helpful to make the piece you will love.
If there is a deadline for the commission (such as a birthday or anniversary gift) please let me know from the start so I can decide if the commission can be completed within the defined timeframe and whether a rush fee would be required. If the deadline is not mentioned at the start of the commission I can’t guarantee it will be completed in time.
Usage
I retain all copyright to work. I have the right to post, reproduce, copy, and distribute for promotional purposes. Full copyright can be purchased at an additional, negotiable cost. Unless copyright is purchased you must NOT profit from the commissioned work. This includes but is not limited to the sale of physical prints, digital art files or non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
You are permitted to make minor edits to the image such as cropping, rotation and rescaling the image. You may make banners, avatars, and other web graphics out of the artwork you receive as long as it is only for personal, non-commercial use. You must provide attribution when posting your commission. I retain the rights to recycle and reuse sketches that were rejected by you as part of the commission.
Payment
Payment is through PayPal invoices only. You must provide your email address to be invoiced. Payment must be made before any work is started.
The listed prices are in GBP (Great British Pound). Any prices given in a different currency are only an estimate as the conversion rate is ultimately set by PayPal, which is likely to be different.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund, or decline any customer, at any time for any reason. If I determine that I cannot complete your commission you will receive a refund.
